Monster Hunter Now to host official offline meetup in Tokyo

The location-based mobile game Monster Hunter Now is hosting an official offline meetup in Tokyo to celebrate its third anniversary. The event, titled "Official Offline Meetup Special Edition in Tokyo," is scheduled for September 6, 2026, at the Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Port Hall.

Prospective participants must apply via a lottery system by the deadline of August 10, 2026. Eligibility requirements include being at least 18 years old, holding a Scopely Explore ID, and having a Hunter Rank of 30 or higher. The event is free to attend but requires specific preparation, such as marking eight high-difficulty monsters (Star 7 or higher) with paintballs and bringing specific in-game items like raw meat for mini-games.

The program features group hunts, mini-games, a quiz competition, and a hunt challenge. Attendees will also receive various commemorative items, including a smartphone strap, a 3rd-anniversary postcard, and stickers.
