Monster Hunter Rise launches on mobile via Netflix Games
Capcom’s popular action RPG, Monster Hunter Rise, has begun a soft launch on mobile platforms through Netflix Games. The title is currently appearing on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with reports indicating availability in the Philippines and Malaysia.
To play the mobile version, users must have an active Netflix subscription. The game has been rebuilt for smartphones and tablets, featuring reworked touch controls and a new Recovery Button that automatically selects the most effective items during combat. While the game supports external controllers, the mobile release currently includes only the base game and does not feature the Sunbreak expansion.
This release marks a significant addition to Netflix’s expanding mobile gaming library. The mobile version requires an initial download of approximately 797MB, followed by an additional 8.3GB of data to be fully playable.
