Montalcino approves 149,000 euro parking project at Renaio

The Municipality of Montalcino has approved a new public parking project in the Renaio area, located in front of the local cemetery. The intervention, valued at 149,000 euros, aims to provide a definitive solution to long-standing issues in the area and complete a land subdivision process that began approximately thirty years ago.

The project includes the creation of a functional parking space, the removal of existing obstacles, improvements to local road networks, and the application of new asphalt. Following the approval of the executive project, the municipality intends to take full responsibility for the public portion of the area to ensure orderly and functional management.
