Montana State and Grizzlies unveil 2026 football schedules

The University of Montana Grizzlies released the kickoff times for every 2026 home and away game. Four of the matchups are slated for night, including contests against Oregon State (Sept 19, 9 p.m. MT), UC Davis (Sept 26, 8 p.m.), Idaho State (Nov 14, 8:30 p.m.) and a home night game. All other home games start at 1 p.m., with a single 2 p.m. start against Northern Colorado.

Montana State Bobcats announced a full 2026 schedule that features three nationally‑televised prime‑time games: at Nevada (Sept 12), vs Northern Arizona (Sept 26) and at Idaho (Oct 2), all beginning at 8:30 p.m. MT. The season opens against Utah Tech on Aug 29, followed by the Gold Rush game versus Butler on Sept 5. The traditional Cat‑Griz rivalry is set for Nov 21 at noon, and the schedule includes additional games on various afternoon slots throughout the Big Sky conference slate.
