A hiker from Carinthia was injured by a rockfall near the summit of Monte Mangart, located on the border between Italy and Slovenia. The individual, a man born in 1978, lost a finger during the incident while completing a traverse of the Ponze.
Emergency services, including the Alpine Rescue, Guardia di Finanza, and regional helicopter medical teams, responded to the 112 emergency call.
