Monte Patria youth take leadership roles in community celebrations

In Monte Patria, local youth are increasingly taking on leadership and participatory roles within the community. Supported by initiatives from Mayor Cristian Herrera Peña, the commune has focused on creating spaces for younger generations to develop their capacities and contribute to the community's future.

During recent communal anniversary celebrations, several students took on significant responsibilities. Sergio Astudillo and Isidora Olivares served as masters of ceremonies, while Matías Maya and Matías Ángel handled journalistic coverage. Additionally, Victoria Moroso contributed to the production of the central celebration video. These roles allowed students to apply their talents to public service and assume responsibility during a major local event.
