Montebelluna launches Metamorfosi project to revitalize local commerce

The Metamorfosi project in Montebelluna has entered its operational phase, aiming to revitalize the city's commercial landscape by transforming vacant local properties into new business opportunities. Promoted by the Associazione Il Mosaico in collaboration with the Municipality of Montebelluna and Ascom Confcommercio Treviso, the initiative seeks to combat commercial desertification in the historic center and the Posmon district.

The project functions as an urban incubator, connecting property owners with aspiring entrepreneurs through a system of incentives, non-repayable grants, and personalized assistance. To support this transition, the Municipality of Montebelluna has allocated 20,000 euros to Ascom Confcommercio Treviso, supporting a roadmap scheduled for the 2026-2027 biennium.
