Montecassiano launches project to preserve Valle Cascia kiln history

A new cultural project titled ‘Fragili eternità. Grammatica della forma’ has been introduced in Montecassiano to revitalize the memory of the former Valle Cascia kiln. Developed within the Social Valley framework in collaboration with the local municipality, the initiative aims to reinterpret the history of the former industrial site through research, contemporary art, and community engagement.

The project is a collaborative effort involving the Archeolab Cooperative Society, the Congerie Association, and Sapienza University of Rome. It seeks to reconstruct the local history by gathering oral testimonies and memories from the residents of Valle Cascia and Montecassiano, focusing on the site's role as a former center of community life and employment.
