Montecatini Terme: Vandalism targets Soccorso Pubblico headquarters

The headquarters of the Società di Soccorso Pubblico in Montecatini Terme was targeted in a nighttime raid between Tuesday and Wednesday. Vandals defaced the walls of the building on via Manin with graffiti and attempted to force open one of the main entrance glass panes.

The building had recently undergone an extensive renovation project costing over four million euros. The upgrades included seismic strengthening, thermal insulation, new windows, and a photovoltaic system. Gabriele Pellegrini, president of the association, expressed deep concern regarding the security of the area, noting that via Manin has long been a sensitive zone for urban decay.
