Montelupone hosts Halloween Mystery Fest in Italy

Halloween celebrations in Italy are expanding through both domestic traditions and themed events. In Montelupone, a town in the Marche region, the Halloween Mystery Fest is returning for 2026. Following previous editions that attracted over 10,000 visitors from across Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia, the festival will run from October 30 to November 1.

Created by Leonardo Bedini, the event features Mystery Tours through the historic village, combining local legends with interactive games and shows. The festival offers a mix of magic and adventure suitable for families and children, with free entry to the village, though specific shows require tickets.

Complementing these events, seasonal trends show a high demand for themed home decorations. Popular items for creating a spooky atmosphere include fabric spider webs, miniature spiders, hanging monsters, and carved pumpkins to transform living spaces for the October 31 holiday.
