Montenegrin Ambassador Nebojša Đoković discloses asset records

Nebojša Đoković, the Montenegrin Ambassador to Serbia, has released personal asset documentation to Vijesti following reports that the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) had not published all his financial data.

According to the provided records, Đoković owns several properties, including a 128-square-meter apartment in Podgorica purchased in 2002, 120,000 square meters of land in Nikšić acquired through inheritance in 2020, and various other land and residential interests in Danilovgrad and Budva obtained via inheritance. His declared assets also include three vehicles—a 2014 Dacia Lodgy, a 2014 Renault Megane, and a 2024 Mazda CX-5—and 7,500 euros in inherited cash.

The documentation notes that while his specific income, such as salary and allowances, was not listed in this specific card, his wife, Jelena Đoković, reported an annual basic salary of 24,000 euros and two loans from NLB Bank. Đoković was appointed as ambassador to Serbia in the spring of last year and previously served on the Board of Directors of Montenegro Airports.
