Montenegrin Cadet Basketball Super League participants announced

Eleven of the twelve participants for the upcoming Cadet Super League in the Youth League have been confirmed following recent qualifications. Direct placement was secured by last year’s Final Tournament participants: Budućnost, Galeb, As, and Ibar.

Other teams that secured placement by winning their respective groups include Podgorica Bemax, All Star, Milenijum, Morača, Mediteran, Junior, and Slavija.

One remaining spot will be determined through a knockout playoff tournament held at the House of Basketball in Donja Gorica on October 25. The playoff field includes seven second-place teams—Pro Basket, SC Derbi, Nikšić Basket, Ivangrad, Sutjeska Elektroprivreda, Mogren Basket, and BU2 Stars—along with the best third-place team, Lovćen.

Teams that fail to qualify for the Super League will compete in the First League next season.
