Montenegro and Kazakhstan to enhance public administration digitalization
Montenegro and Kazakhstan are working to enhance cooperation regarding the digitalization of public administration. During discussions between Montenegrin Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj and Kazakh Ambassador Daulet Batryshev, both parties identified significant potential for institutional collaboration and the exchange of expertise.
The focus of this partnership includes digital transformation, the development of electronic services, and the implementation of modern GovTech solutions. Minister Dukaj noted that Kazakhstan has made substantial progress in e-government development, offering valuable lessons for Montenegro’s goal of providing faster and more accessible public services to citizens and the economy.
To formalize this relationship, two memoranda of understanding are being coordinated. These agreements involve the Montenegrin Ministry of Public Administration and Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Digital Development, Intelligence, Communications and Aerospace, as well as relevant agencies.
