Montenegro and Serbia government agencies announce new procurement spending

The Ministry of Internal Affairs in Montenegro is planning to spend 60,000 euros on advanced surveillance equipment for monitoring gatherings. The procurement includes high-resolution cameras, drones, and devices to detect and locate unmanned aerial vehicles and their operators. The requested systems feature facial and license plate recognition, as well as analytics to detect specific behaviors such as unauthorized entry or the use of mobile phones and smoking in restricted areas.

In a separate development, the Serbian Ministry without Portfolio for Reconciliation, Regional Cooperation, and Social Stability has awarded contracts totaling approximately 10 million dinars for the media promotion of Minister Usama Zukorlić’s Cabinet. The television promotion contract, valued at 9.5 million dinars including VAT, was awarded to Sandžak media. A radio promotion contract worth 2.3 million dinars including VAT was granted to the company RefRef. Both contracts involve the production and broadcasting of monthly media segments within the Sandžak region.
