Montenegro announces professional training and internship programs
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation has announced the 15th cycle of the Professional Training Program for individuals with higher education in Montenegro. A public call for employers from both the public and private sectors will be released on September 10, 2026. Employers can submit applications through the eUprava portal between September 15 and October 15, 2026.
To facilitate the process, employers may use an electronic identity card or an electronic certificate issued by Montenegro Post. Following the employer application period, eligible individuals with higher education and no prior work experience can apply for training between October 16 and November 16, 2026.
Separately, the Center for Civic Education (CCE) is recruiting its 14th generation of interns. The program, which runs from October 16 to December 16, 2026, offers three specific positions: Democratization and Europeanization, Human Rights, and Active Citizenship. The internship is designed for students or recent graduates of social sciences looking to gain practical experience in the NGO sector.
