Montenegro authorities demolish illegal structures on Kakaricka Gora

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property in Montenegro has completed the demolition of two illegal structures on Kakaricka Gora. The buildings were constructed without permits on state-owned land following orthophoto imaging from 2025.

During the enforcement process, which began on October 21, the owner of one of the structures reportedly issued death threats against the presiding inspector. The Ministry has notified the Police Administration, which is currently investigating the incident to determine legal responsibility.

Authorities emphasized that the administrative execution was conducted in accordance with inspection, administrative, and construction laws. The Ministry stated that attacks on officials performing their legal duties are unacceptable and reaffirmed its commitment to combating illegal construction and protecting state property without exception.
