Montenegro boxers claim six medals at youth tournament in Hungary

Eight Montenegrin boxers competed in the 75th "Bornemissza Gergely" youth tournament held in Eger, Hungary. The event featured about 500 athletes from 22 countries.

The team secured six medals: three gold (Nikola Ilić in the U15 category, and Nikola Raičević and Veselin Dedić in U17), two silver (Strahinja Mrdak and Andrija Nikitović) and one bronze (Luka Otašević in the U52 class). Other participants, including Vuk Dabović and Matija Roganović, did not medal but gained experience.

Coaches Boško Drašković and Slavko Mrdak praised the results as a strong indicator of the boxers' preparedness for the upcoming European Championships in Budva and the World U19 Championships later this year.
