Tuzi police charge four individuals for displaying Albanian flag on patrol vehicle

(28) and two 16-year-old minors, is accused of spreading the flag over a Tuzi police patrol vehicle and sharing video of the act on social media.

Authorities stated the incident occurred on August 20, 2026, causing public unrest. The charges involve violations of the Law on Public Order and Peace regarding the unauthorized use of another state's symbols and indecent behavior. Additionally, reports indicate that legal action may be taken against the parents of the minors for neglect, and authorities are investigating the legal residency status of the Albanian citizen involved.
