Montenegro literary festivals host author dialogues in Bar and Podgorica

The 39th Barski ljetopis festival in Bar opened with a conversation between prominent writers Ante Tomić and Enes Halilović, titled “Conversation of Future Friends”. The dialogue covered literature, journalism, history and society, emphasizing love as a driving force in storytelling.

The following day, Podgorica’s “Pekićeva srebrna ruka” festival will hold a discussion on Miodrag Lekić’s book “On the East of the West and West of the East”. Professor Aleksandar Jerković and Ksenija Rakočević will speak, highlighting the link between literature and diplomacy. The program is organized by the Secretariat for Culture of Podgorica and the Pekićeva srebrna ruka society.
