Montenegro’s political scene is stalled about a year before the scheduled parliamentary elections. The three governing parties do not hold a majority, opposition parties are fragmented, and analysts say a civic‑list coalition would be needed to break the deadlock and push forward a reform agenda.

She questioned how EU officials obtained confidential information about the police director’s protected vehicle, why police security details were publicly discussed, and demanded accountability from both domestic and EU actors regarding alleged threats and monitoring of protected persons.
