Montenegro Supreme Court President Valentina Pavličić reports husband's €136,000 asset rise

Montenegro’s Supreme Court President Valentina Pavličić filed a disclosure with the Anti‑Corruption Agency (ASK) indicating that her husband, Predrag Pavličić, saw his assets increase to roughly €136,000. The increase stems from inherited immovable property, shares in several firms, a CZ 9 mm pistol and other holdings. Pavličić did not grant ASK permission to audit the couple’s bank accounts.

In addition, Pavličić recently obtained a luxury BMW valued at €90,000 through a tender issued by the Judicial Council, citing the vehicle’s age and security requirements for protected persons. Her monthly salary exceeds €4,000, with allowances up to €5,000, and upcoming regulations could raise her earnings to over €6,000 per month. She also serves on multiple judicial and anti‑corruption bodies, including the Judicial Council, the National Anti‑Corruption Council, and commissions overseeing judges and witness protection.
