Montepulciano Lake Reserve offers free habitat training course

The Legambiente “Terra e Pace” Valdichiana Circle, in collaboration with the Municipality of Montepulciano and the Tre Berte Association, has opened registrations for a free training course focused on the habitats of the Montepulciano Lake Regional Nature Reserve.

Scheduled for October 2026, the 22-hour course is designed for teachers and enthusiasts. It aims to deepen knowledge of local biodiversity, specifically regarding avian species and various aquatic environments such as shallow waters and marshlands. The program will combine theoretical lessons with practical visits to the reserve's natural environments and includes historical insights into the Valdichiana reclamation.
