Monterotondo announces 12-hour water service suspension

The municipality of Monterotondo has announced a 12-hour suspension of water services on Wednesday, September 2, to facilitate extraordinary maintenance work by Acea Ato 2. The water flow is expected to be interrupted from 8:00 to 20:00 to improve service efficiency.

While municipal offices will be closed, the Torre Civica offices will remain open, and civil status and registry services will be available via emergency contact. Water tankers will be stationed at several locations, including in front of the hospital on Viale Bruno Buozzi and near the Carabinieri in Piazza Attilio Pelosi. Most of the inhabited center may experience low pressure or lack of water, except for areas supplied by the Cappuccini reservoir and Monterotondo Scalo.
