Montesa unveils 2027 trial motorcycle range

Montesa has announced its 2027 trial motorcycle range, which includes the Cota 301RR, Cota 4RT 260R, and the 4Ride. The updates for the 2027 model year focus primarily on new aesthetics and liveries rather than technical changes.

The flagship Cota 301RR will feature a new red and white decoration while retaining its 298 cc engine and high-end components like the aluminum frame and carbon protectors. The Cota 4RT 260R, designed for a broader range of users, will adopt a red and black graphic scheme. The 4Ride model, intended for trail-trial excursions, will maintain its existing technical configuration and colors.

All models are manufactured at the brand’s facilities in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Barcelona, where processes ranging from engine assembly to aluminum frame production are handled in-house to ensure quality standards.
