Monteur to release Chiikawa collaboration sweets in September

Monteur, a Japanese confectionery manufacturer, has announced a collaboration with the popular manga series ‘Chiikawa’ by illustrator Nagano. The collaboration features two limited-edition sweets inspired by the ‘Muchuuma Pudding’ featured in the series.

The products, which include a ‘Muchuuma Pudding Cream Puff’ and a ‘Muchuuma Pudding Eclair’, will be available in supermarkets from September 1 to September 30, 2026. The cream puffs feature a two-layer filling of smooth custard and bitter caramel paste, while the eclairs are coated in caramel-flavored chocolate.

This marks the second collaboration between the company and the ‘Chiikawa’ franchise, following a successful release last year.
