Montfavet Hospital Center to host mental health charity run

The Montfavet Hospital Center in Avignon will host ‘Les Foulées Douces’ on October 11, 2026. This inclusive charity event is organized as part of Mental Health Awareness Weeks to promote mental health through physical activity.

Participants can choose from three different formats: a 5 km walk, a 5 km run, or an 11 km run. The event will take place across 70 hectares of biodiversity at the hospital center and parts of the Agroparc sector. In addition to the races, a health and prevention village will be established to provide information, animations, and opportunities for public discussion regarding mental health.
