Monting Development to build residential complex in Warsaw

Monting Development has received final building permits to begin construction on the CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów residential project in the Ursynów district of Warsaw. Construction is scheduled to commence in early October at the intersection of Cynamonowa and Indira Gandhi streets, located approximately 130 meters from the Imielin metro station.

The development will consist of three buildings ranging from 6 to 9 stories in height, providing 187 apartments and 16 commercial premises. The site was previously the location of an unfinished shopping center project, often referred to as the ‘Fortepian’, which remained an abandoned steel structure for decades following land disputes. The plot was sold by the city of Warsaw in 2023 for 82.2 million PLN.

Designed by B1 Architekci, the complex will feature amenities including a reception, a children's playroom, a gym, and bicycle storage. The project incorporates smart home technology, electronic locks, and parking spaces equipped for electric vehicle charging. The residential units will range in size from 29 to 137 square meters.
