Montoya Club de Arte to revitalize historic Paraná cultural center

The Municipality of Paraná has awarded a ten-year concession for the historic Gloria Montoya Cultural Center to PARACIMA S.A.S., which will partner with Tribus Club de Arte to revitalize the site. The facility, located at Melvin Jones 861, is set to be transformed into the Montoya Club de Arte, a large-capacity performance venue and gastronomic space.

The project aims to integrate cultural, culinary, and recreational activities to re-establish the building as a central community hub. Planned renovations include the creation of artist sectors, dressing rooms, technical areas, improved accessibility, and an expanded mezzanine to serve as a seating area. The new name honors the local artist Gloria Montoya to preserve the site's identity. The reopening is scheduled for April 2027.
