Montreal Alouettes defeat Edmonton Elks 48-30 in CFL

The Montreal Alouettes defeated the Edmonton Elks 48-30 at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium, extending their winning streak to six games and improving their season record to 8-1.

Quarterback Davis Alexander threw for 352 yards and four touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown. Receiver Tyson Philpot recorded three touchdown catches and 131 receiving yards. Tyler Snead also contributed significantly with 146 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Edmonton's offense was led by quarterback Cody Fajardo, who threw for 231 yards and two touchdowns. Despite two interceptions by defensive back Tyrell Ford, the Elks were unable to overcome Montreal's dominant performance, which included key turnovers forced by Gemon Green and Tyrice Beverette, as well as a blocked punt by Kylan Guidry.
