Montserrat Jiménez to represent patients at World Cancer Research Day

Montserrat Jiménez, a breast cancer patient advocate, will participate in the World Cancer Research Day event organized by the National Cancer Research Center (CNIO) on September 24 at CaixaForum Madrid.

Jiménez will join a roundtable discussion titled “More cancer in young people? What do we know and what remains to be discovered?” The panel aims to address scientific advancements and the rising incidence of cancer diagnoses in younger populations. The event will bring together researchers, medical professionals, journalists, and patient representatives to explore potential causes and unanswered scientific questions regarding early-onset cancer.
