Monufia Governor honors top national students

Major General Amr El-Gharib, the Governor of Monufia, honored top-performing students from the 2025/2026 academic year. The ceremony recognized high achievers across general secondary education, Al-Azhar certificates, and technical education tracks.

Honorees received shields from the governorate and financial rewards. Notable students recognized included Mohamed Yasser Ali Mohamed Marei, who ranked fifth in the mathematical science track, and Marwa Farid Abdel Sattar Ibrahim, who ranked second in the Al-Azhar scientific section. The governor emphasized that academic excellence is a pillar for building the future and encouraged students to pursue higher education through available scholarships.
