Monza targets Swedish goalkeeper as Como signs youth talent

In the football transfer market, Monza is actively pursuing Swedish goalkeeper Noel Törnqvist. Törnqvist, born in 2002, was previously acquired by Como and loaned to Mjällby, where he helped the team secure a championship. Monza is considering him as a solution for their goalkeeper position following recent performances by Semuel Pizzignacco and doubts regarding Demba Thiam.

Separately, Como 1907 has announced the permanent signing of Swedish youth player Oliver Nilsson Galic from IF Elfsborg. The 2010-born midfielder/attacker will join Como’s youth sector for the 2026/27 season. Galic has already represented Sweden at the Under-15 and Under-16 levels.
