Monza to face Aris Salonicco in preseason friendly at Monzello centre

Italian Serie A club Monza, now coached by Ivan Juric, will play a preseason friendly against Greek side Aris Salonicco on 30 July 2026 at the Centro Sportivo Silvio e Luigi Berlusconi‑Monzello in Italy. The match, scheduled for 18:00, has sold out the free‑entry tickets, which were allocated on a registration basis, and will be streamed later on the EsteNews YouTube channel.

The encounter follows Monza’s strong summer preparations, which already include a 4‑3 win over Pro Vercelli and a 2‑0 victory over Galatasaray. Monza earned promotion to Serie A after winning the Serie B playoffs and will begin the 2026‑27 season against Inter Milan on 22 August. Their Coppa Italia debut is set for 14 August against Avellino. The Monzello facility is also hosting French Ligue 1 club Lens for its own summer training.

Aris Salonicco will field several regulars, with Greek internationals such as Mihalis Gregoriou and Patrick Cutrone expected to feature for Monza, while players Dani Mota and Cutrone have already impressed in Monza’s recent friendlies.
