Moog Music unveils Model 112 and Model 210 full-range amplifiers

Moog Music has introduced two new full-range, frequency-flat (FRFR) amplifiers, the Model 112 and Model 210, specifically designed for synthesizers, keyboards, and drum machines. Unlike traditional guitar or bass amplifiers that color sound, these models utilize an all-analog signal path to preserve the original frequency range, dynamics, and character of electronic instruments without introducing signal-processing latency.

The Model 112 is a portable 440W RMS bi-amplified unit featuring a 12-inch woofer and a 1-inch compression driver, with a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. The Model 210 offers 550W RMS through a 2.5-way design, utilizing two 10-inch woofers and a 1-inch compression driver to achieve a frequency response of 35 Hz to 23 kHz.

Both amplifiers include an integrated four-channel analog stereo mixer with four stereo inputs and a microphone preamp on the first channel. They also feature a three-band Baxandall EQ, Bluetooth 6.0 for playback, a headphone output, and balanced XLR/TRS outputs for PA connectivity. The units can be linked via Stereo Link to create a stereo system.
