Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault launch date and free original announced

Digital Sun and 11 bit studios have announced that Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault will officially launch on September 2, 2026. The title, which has been in early access, will be available on PC and consoles, including the Switch 2.

To promote the sequel, the original Moonlighter is being offered for free on Steam for a limited time, ending August 9. The sequel itself features updated 3D graphics, roguelite mechanics, and a focus on both dungeon exploration and shop management in the village of Tresna. A demo for Moonlighter 2 is currently available for players to test before the full release.
