Moov Africa Burkina holds consumer dialogue meeting in Ouagadougou

On 28 July 2026, telecom operator Moov Africa Burkina organized its second permanent institutional exchange with consumer associations at the Hotel Lanacaster (Azalaï Hotel) in Ouagadougou. The meeting aimed to gather consumer feedback, expectations and criticisms, and to present the company’s innovations in internet, fibre‑optic, Mobile Money and other digital services.

Director‑General Mohamed Karim stressed the importance of transparent, ongoing dialogue and noted challenges such as rising demand for reliable internet, energy supply constraints, security‑related access issues and client‑identification difficulties. He also praised the efforts of security forces in safeguarding the network and the country’s territory.
