Morango cravejado viral dessert trend gains social media popularity

A new confectionery trend known as ‘morango cravejado’ is gaining viral popularity on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This dessert is a variation of the ‘morango do amor’ (strawberry of love), combining strawberries with white brigadeiro.

Unlike the traditional version that uses a red syrup coating, the ‘cravejado’ version features a white chocolate shell embedded with crunchy caramel crystals. The recipe involves preparing a white brigadeiro with condensed milk, cream, and milk powder, coating the fruit, and then dipping it into melted white chocolate mixed with broken pieces of hardened caramel.
