Morelia administration provides maintenance materials to 105 schools

The municipal government of Morelia, Michoacán, has distributed construction and maintenance materials to 105 urban and rural schools. The initiative, led by the Secretariat of Common Good and Social Policy, includes the delivery of supplies such as bricks, paint, waterproofing agents, and cement to facilitate the rehabilitation and improvement of educational facilities.

Local educators, including the director of Escuela Federal No. 2 and the director of the Lázaro Cárdenas del Río preschool, expressed gratitude for the support, noting that the assistance addresses long-standing needs in peripheral areas of the city. Officials stated that despite budget constraints, education remains a priority for the administration of Mayor Alfonso Martínez Alcázar.
