Carlos Torres Piña calls for Morena unity in Michoacán

Carlos Torres Piña, coordinator of the Committees for the Defense of the Fourth Transformation and National Sovereignty, has called for increased unity and territorial organization within the Morena movement in Michoacán. Marking 15 years since the party's founding, Torres Piña emphasized that maintaining principles and prioritizing the collective project over personal interests is essential to defending sovereignty and the people's right to decide.

As part of this organizational effort, Torres Piña recognized the leadership of Gaby Molina, praising her ability to systematize work and her previous management of the state's education department. Molina has responded by calling on her regional structures to align with Torres Piña's coordination to strengthen the movement's presence ahead of the 2027 political challenges. The strategy focuses on territorial work, listening to various sectors, and building an agenda based on local population needs.
