Morena: Masked thief steals 30 lakh rupees in jewelry and cash

A masked thief targeted a residence on Nainagarh Road in Morena, stealing valuables worth approximately 30 lakh rupees. The victim, Rahul Gupta, an accountant at a beer factory, had left his rented home vacant while visiting family.

CCTV footage shows the suspect conducting reconnaissance around 1:30 AM using a cutter and a hammer. At 1:52 AM, the individual cut the latch of the main door to gain entry. The entire robbery was completed in roughly 18 minutes, with the suspect fleeing the scene at 2:10 AM.

The stolen items include approximately 2 lakh rupees in cash, 150 grams of gold, and 200 grams of silver, including various necklaces, chains, bangles, and rings. Local police are currently reviewing the footage to identify the perpetrator.
