Morena Puebla calls for investigations into INE resource management

The State Executive Committee of the Morena party in Puebla has expressed support for calls by President Claudia Sheinbaum and national leadership to conduct thorough investigations into alleged irregularities within the National Electoral Institute (INE).

Guadalupe Siyancan Peregrina Díaz, acting General Secretary and President of the CEE, stated that investigations into the management of public resources must proceed regardless of leadership changes at the institution. She emphasized that institutional autonomy should ensure transparency and accountability rather than impunity.

Additionally, party officials highlighted agricultural transformation efforts in Puebla. Pablo Salazar, Coordinator of Delegates, noted that the Innovation and Transformation Centers for Agricultural and Aquacultural Products (CITRAA) in Aquixtla and San José Chiapa are utilizing technology to add commercial value to harvests, aiming to increase opportunities for local producing families.
