Ochoa noted that Federico may not have authorization to be present at the residence, potentially complicating the terms of her house arrest.

Rial is currently serving a three-year prison sentence for robbery and is fulfilling her house arrest at the home of her sister, Rocío Rial. The information regarding the relationship was brought to light by an individual involved in a financial dispute with Federico.
