Morgan Sindall announces management restructuring and new UK contracts

Morgan Sindall is undergoing significant internal restructuring and operational expansion. The construction and regeneration group has announced a management shake-up within its London and Home Counties divisions. This includes the creation of a new business unit, Northern Home Counties Ventures, led by Emma Curtis, and the appointment of Richard Dobson as regional managing director for London.

The restructuring involves dividing the Home Counties operation into three distinct businesses: Northern Home Counties, Northern Home Counties Ventures, and Southern Home Counties. These units will target sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, justice, and commercial developments.

On the financial side, CEO John Morgan has completed an administrative reallocation of shares, transferring 225,000 ordinary shares to FiveM Investments, a family investment vehicle, at 44.20 GBP per share. This move is not expected to impact the market float.

Additionally, the company has secured a £6.49 million contract from the Plymouth City Council for the first phase of the Civic Centre regeneration project in Southwest England.
