Moroccan entrepreneurs expand business presence in Casablanca and abroad

Moroccan entrepreneurs are expanding their footprints in the regional business landscape. Youssef Chraibi has grown Outsourcia from its 2003 Casablanca origins into an international services group. Following the acquisition of the French specialist SoMezzo, the group reported annual revenue of 620 million dirhams and employs approximately 4,300 people across Morocco, France, Tunisia, and Madagascar.

In Casablanca, investment banker Amine Alami has launched ALMAR Capital, an independent financial advisory firm. Alami, formerly a Managing Director at Red Med Capital, brings nearly 15 years of experience to the new venture. His career includes involvement in transactions totaling approximately 10 billion dirhams, including a 2.2 billion dirham bond placement for Morocco’s National Airports Office (ONDA). ALMAR Capital will focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate restructuring.
