Moroccan football players eye national team return amid strong club performances

Several Moroccan international players are positioning themselves for a return to the national team following impressive performances with their respective European and Saudi clubs.

Reda Belahyane has emerged as a pivotal figure for Lazio in Italy, with reports highlighting his role as a key engine for the team due to his ball-recovery capabilities. Similarly, Amine Harit is seeking a recall to the ‘Atlas Lions’ after demonstrating versatility and strong form with Marseille in France.

Additionally, Youssef En-Nesyri continues to score decisive goals for Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, potentially opening the door for his reintegration into the squad after previous absences. The current coaching approach suggests a willingness to consider players based on their consistent club-level output.
