Production studios and national television channels in Morocco are preparing for the upcoming Ramadan drama season. Production companies are racing to complete a variety of new series and returning installments to secure programming slots on Al Aoula and 2M (Dosim).
Key upcoming projects include the social drama “Al Rida,” a 30-episode series directed by Alaa Akaboun, and the short series “Mission Misa,” produced by Mohammed El Kaghate. Other notable productions include the romantic drama “Qanoun Al Hob,” which features actor Said Bay, and the second season of the comedy series “Khou Khwatato,” which is filming in Marrakech.
Additionally, director Hicham El Jebbari is preparing to film the series “Al Badila” in Ouezzane. The season is characterized by a mix of new social dramas, comedies, and sequels, as broadcasters aim to balance diverse themes to attract viewers during the holy month.
