Morocco tourism office unveils new pavilion plan for 2027 international travel fairs
Morocco’s National Tourism Office (ONMT) has launched a tender to redesign the country’s tourism pavilion for seven major international travel trade shows in 2027 – FITUR in Madrid, ITB Berlin, Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, ITB China in Shanghai, IFTM Top Résa in Paris, World Travel Market in London and IBTM World in Barcelona. The revamped “Pavillon Maroc” will feature dedicated spaces for airlines, tour operators, hotels, restaurants, transport providers and cultural exhibitors, aiming to generate new commercial partnerships and boost the sector’s contribution to the economy. ONMT highlighted that tourism generated MAD 138 billion in foreign‑currency receipts and that the new pavilion will target ten tourism segments, from culture and desert travel to gastronomy and meetings.
