Morocco and Panama signal strengthening bilateral relations

Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita has expressed optimism regarding the future of bilateral relations between Morocco and Panama. In a formal communication to Panamanian Foreign Minister Javier Martínez-Acha Vásquez, Bourita highlighted that trade, investment, logistical connectivity, maritime affairs, and multilateral cooperation offer promising prospects for both nations.

Bourita noted that the renewed framework of understanding reflects a shared will to deepen friendship and marks a new stage in their diplomatic ties. He emphasized that geographic distance does not prevent the construction of solid links when mutual trust and shared goals exist.

Additionally, the Moroccan minister expressed solidarity with the Panamanian people following a devastating earthquake in the country, offering condolences for the losses incurred and expressing wishes for a swift recovery.
