Morocco national football team considers Youssef En-Nesyri recall

Morocco head coach Mohamed Ouahbi is considering recalling striker Youssef En-Nesyri for the November international camp. The decision comes as the team prepares for the Africa Cup of Nations 2027 qualifiers against Niger.

Ouahbi is reportedly seeking a conventional centre-forward to lead the attack, rather than relying on a false nine. En-Nesyri, who currently plays for Al-Ittihad, has shown strong form this season with seven goals in 13 appearances. His potential return is being weighed alongside the fitness of Sofiane Rahimi, who recently suffered an injury, and the coach's ongoing decision to exclude Ayoub El Kaabi from the squad.
