Morocco defeats Haiti 4-2 to clinch second place in World Cup Group C

Morocco came from behind twice to beat Haiti 4-2 in the final group match of the FIFA World Cup, finishing second in Group C. Lenny Joseph opened the scoring, and Haiti equalised shortly after. A long‑range strike by Wilson Isidor gave Haiti a 2‑1 lead, but Morocco responded quickly. Achraf Hakimi provided the assist for the equaliser, and Soufiane Rahimi netted the go‑ahead goal in the second half, later adding a fourth before the final whistle.

With the victory Morocco advances to the round of 16, where they will face the winner of the Netherlands‑Japan‑Sweden tie, scheduled for June 29 in Monterrey, Mexico.
